These terms apply to your use of greenoragarden.shop and to any purchase from Greenora Garden. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and pricing. We try to show accurate descriptions, images and prices, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, update prices and cancel orders affected by an error, and we will refund any payment already made. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

2. Orders. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is taken when you place the order. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

4. Shipping and returns. Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy are part of these terms.

5. Safety and proper use. Lawn and power equipment can be dangerous. You must read and follow the manufacturer's manual and safety instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment and keep children and bystanders away from operating machines. You are responsible for assembling, fueling, maintaining and operating the equipment safely.

6. Warranty. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by us. Except as required by law, we provide products "as is" and disclaim other warranties.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Greenora Garden is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Intellectual property. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission.

9. Prohibited use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site applies.
